Phil holds a master's degree in Pastoral Leadership from Wesley Seminary and has served in district leadership in the areas of evangelism and church growth. Since 1992 Phil has served as senior pastor of five wonderful congregations.  He has a tremendous passion to see the lost saved and believers grow in their relationship with Christ.

Phil and Crystal Spriggs are partners in ministry and want God to be honored and lifted up in this new church venture. They are devoted to seeing lives changed through Christ in a life-giving way.

Pastor Devon "Dee" Davis joined Lighthouse in September of 2017.  Dee holds a Master's degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling, and is ordained by CCCU.  She served in the Nazarene church as an Associate Pastor in outreach and also as a senior pastor and church planter.  She has been instrumental in helping churches establish detailed programs and systems to care effectively for the church body and new attendees.  Dee has been married to Steve for 36 years and has 3 grown children.  She currently serves as a medical chaplain.  Dee teaches the new believers class at Lighthouse and leads prayer emphasis services throughout the year.  She also preaches on occasion.  We are very blessed to have Pastor Dee on our staff.
